Who provides the response handling services for the alarms that we sell?

SI Alarms utilizes Armstrong’s National Alarm(armcom.ca) Monitoring services to monitor intrusion, fire, and medical for our clients .

Armstrong’s features include:

• Three Monitoring Stations servicing clients: Dartmouth, Moncton (fully bi-lingual), and Edmonton
• Two-way Audio Personal Emergency Response System (PERS) Medical Monitoring Specialists.  Dedicated staffing trained in PERS monitoring Services, in both English and French.

Armstrong’s head Central Station is located in the Burnside Industrial Park in Dartmouth, NS.

Burnside is the “hub” of the security industry in Atlantic Canada, with all the major distributors/manufacturers regional offices located within blocks of this Central hub.
